As an all-volunteer, foster based dog rescue, 100% of your donations go to helping save dogs in need. The cost to save the life of a dog in need can be overwhelming. Southpaw dogs get a wellness check, routine vaccinates, microchip and spay/neuter. Most dogs coming into rescue will need more. This can cost a minimum of $500 per dog (after a generous rescue discount) which is so much more than Southpaw's adoption fee for a dog. Because of this, fundraising and donations are critical in order for us to help these deserving creatures.

  • DAPP - $15

• Non-Routine (but normal for rescues) 

  • Deworming - $24​

  • Kennel cough - $25

• Spay/Neuter - $71 + depending on weight (+pain meds -$45)​

• Emergency Veterinary Care for animals in need - $1,000 plus)

• Monthly costs to operate

  • Website - $40​

  • Insurance - $50
