The Mountain CAP Shirt represents more than a cause—it represents a community that refuses to stay silent.
 
This shirt is part of the Mountain Community Animal Protection Program (Mountain CAP), It was created in response to a harsh reality: for years, dogs have been abandoned and dumped in our mountain communities—left in remote areas to fend for themselves.
 
We don’t ignore it.

We step in.
 
We didn't leave them behind.

“Someone left him here. We didn’t.”
