Callie

Callie came into the San Bernardino Shelter as a stray. She was terrified and visibly shaking in the kennel. The shelters are so overcrowded, that fear can get you on the euthanasia list. Unfortunately, because Callie's "tail was tucked and she was whale eyed", she was set to be euthanized. Southpaw Rescue pulled her.

Since coming into rescue we realize Callie is one of the sweetest, most inquisitive dogs we have had at Southpaw. She loves to give kisses and cuddle up with everyone. She is gentle with the children who have wanted to meet her, and gently licks their hands.

Callie is good with all of the other dogs her foster home. She loves to play and is usually the more submissive one.

Callie knows sit and walks great on a leash. She doesn't mind going into her kennel when her foster mom needs to work.

Call is spayed, microchipped and up to date on all her shots.
